“When I first started working with Caitlin I was feeling very lost, anxious and overwhelmed. I had just broken up with my boyfriend and was questioning my career. I was feeling so unsure of who I was without anyone’s expectations on me and was feeling overwhelmed in possibility. I was binging multiple times per week, putting on weight and feeling less and less confident in myself.
